Accommodations:

• Primary Suite (1st floor): King bed, ensuite bath, private terrace overlooking the pool.
• Primary Suite (2nd floor): King bed, ensuite bath, access to the upper deck with stunning Gulf views.
• Second Bedroom (2nd floor): King bed.
• Third Bedroom (2nd floor): Two queen beds.
• Bunk Nook (2nd floor): Two twin beds.
• Queen Sofa Bed: In the upstairs living room.
• Extras: All bedrooms equipped with a full-length mirror and 55-inch smart TV. Additional linens, pillows, and blankets provided.
• Bathrooms: 5 total (3 full, 2 half; 1 half bath in garage for easy pool access). Essentials included (shampoo, body wash, hand soap, and towels).

Kitchen & Laundry:

• Gourmet Coffee Bar: Includes Breville Barista Touch Espresso machine, Keurig Duo, electric tea kettle, and an assortment of beverages.
• Amenities: Brand-new appliances, cookware, utensils, baking essentials, spices, and Ninja Foodi (9-in-1 cooker and air fryer).

• Renovated Pool Area: Includes accent lights, upgraded seating, and a hammock cabana.
• Games & Activities: Giant Jenga, cornhole, Ping-Pong, bicycles, beach wagon, toys, and boogie board available.
• Garage Amenities: Extra seating for game nights and an outdoor shower to rinse off after beach trips.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles.

1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
